Amendment to Smoke

This amendment has been documented on the twentieth day of the second month in the year twenty eleven i.e. February 20, 2011.

This amendment has been created by Mustafa Sidhwa alias @MischievousMonk for his wife Manisha Pritmani Sidhwa alias @manisha_prit with the intent to give her an oppurtunity to smoke once in a while provided she opts for any one of the amendment before she smokes.

1. Do not talk to me for one week.

1(a). All types of interactions will be discontinued i.e. SMS, chat, email, F2F, mobile, phone, etc.

1(b). The associated primary section & attached sections where applicable will come into effect immediately after the 1st puff.

1(c). However for calculation purpose the time to be recorded from next calendar date.

2. Will not smoke or talk about smoking or cigarettes for 1 year.

2(a). Section 1(b) & 1(c) to come into effect automatically.

2(b). Any defect in executing this primary section automatic activation of Section 1 & its sub-sections to come into effect.

3. Allowed to smoke as much on February 29 without any implications of any other sections coming into effect.

4. Pay me INR 1 lakh cash for every cigarette smoked.

4(a). The money is to be paid in advance before the 1st puff is taken.

4(b). The cigarette can be smoked in bits & need not be completed in one sitting however it has to be smoked in my presence.
